Perspective
In my drawing class, there is a French girl. She never told me she was French and I didn't overhear her say it and she doesn't have an accent but I know that she is French!
She must be, she has great taste and is one of the best in the class. The guys in the class are crazy for her and she is always impeccably dressed and always in heels.
She is highly intimidating!
I can usually handle beautiful girls. I can even like them and love them and have, on occasion, developed girl-crushes on them. But I cannot stand this well-dressed French girl!
This is what she looks like every day:

Everyone else looks like normal people, we wear hoodies and chucks. She is violating the uniform and it's unfuriating.
But today, things took a very interesting turn. The French girl walks in late and she is wearing JEANS! (She also wears heels, and a chic turtleneck)
I am so excited. I don't know what to do with myself. She does have normal clothes! She only dresses this way to provoke me, I'm sure of it!
But with her change in dress came a change in tune. Princess French girl, who has not spoken one word to me in our two months of class, asked me for assistance in building this cube

I helped the French girl, who speaks perfect English and actually looks like an LA girl in her jeans.
I'm wearing her down. I'm hoping for a hoodie next week, with little skulls on it. I may have to buy it for her.
